"The driver arrived at 0745 which is when we had scheduled the pick up, but we were running late by about 10minutes, so we asked him to wait. He had a bit of an attitude about it. The car was filthy, the windows inside had so many finger prints on them and it’s definitely not what we would call luxury. There was no white glove service or bottled water as we expected from the description of what we booked online. We asked for him to pick us up at 5.30pm from Silverstone, but it took him until 6.30pm to even arrive, we stood waiting for him for an hour. A total disgrace when having paid over £400 for a transfer. On the return journey, he drove like a maniac and felt like we were being flung around, not our idea of a comfortable journey. A total nightmare. I believe we should be refunded for the return trip as it was shocking waiting for a pre-booked taxi for one hour. "
